How Does The Buy 1 Get 1 Half Price Promotion Work?
Buy one pair, receive a second pair for 50% off. The second pair will be of equal or lesser value. This offer is automatically applied to your cart if you have 2 or more items.
Once your order is placed, your discount will be taken from the lowest priced items in your purchase.
How Do I Know What Size To Purchase?
Please check our handy size chart here for assistance in selecting the right size. We recommend measuring your child’s foot by referring to our fit guide to obtain the perfect size.
How do I place an Order?
It’s easy! Simply select the ToeZone product or products you wish to purchase, add them to your cart and checkout. We will ask for your contact, postal and payment details. Then your order will be placed with our warehouse.
Do I need an account to place an order?
While you can checkout as a ‘Guest’. We highly recommend you create an account to easily track and keep a record of your purchases.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express on all online orders.
Is Buying Online Safe?
Very! Our payment provider, Stripe, has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. How Do I Apply A Coupon Code?

Why Is My Promo Code Not Working?
There may be several reasons why your coupon code isn’t working. The most common would be that it has expired or you have not reached the minimum spend. Kindly note, that for any coupon code, minimum spend refers to product only and excludes shipping costs. Please check our terms and conditions page for our full list of exclusions and if you’re still unsure, please contact us here.
Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
We are generally unable to make any changes or cancellations to an order once it has been placed so please be sure to double-check all information before submitting. While we may not be able to assist, please contact us here as soon as possible so that we can advise if a change or cancellation will be possible.
How Do I Track My Order?
After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email from us including all the details of your purchase. Orders placed before 12 pm EST will be processed the same day. As soon as it’s in the hands of our carriers we will send you a notification that your order has been dispatched along with tracking details. Something doesn’t look right on the tracking on my order, what do I do?
Please get in touch with us here at your earliest convenience so that we can investigate with Australia Post on your behalf. Every effort will be made to have your order successfully delivered in a timely manner.

Orders and Returns
What Is Your Return Policy?
We offer refunds for returns on all full-price items within 30 days of the date of purchase. On sale items, we offer a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Full-priced items & sale items can be returned for a full refund on the product.
We must receive the items within 28 days of receiving your order.
The cost of returning an item for refund or exchange is at your expense.
If a refund is made, it will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card or Paypal account, less the shipping cost.
All items must be returned in their packaging in perfect condition. Please use the outer brown box to ensure items aren’t damaged in transit.
To help process your refund or exchange quickly, please include the original invoice that comes with the shipment and details about the return/exchange.
We cannot refund any shipping or customs charges, however, you may be able to recover costs by contacting your local customs office directly
How Do I Make A Return?
We provide an easy to use returns system for you to request your return! You only require three pieces of information to request your return:
- Order ID # (found on your purchase invoice email)
- Email address used to place the original order
- Reason for return
Email this to our customer service team and they will be in contact shortly.
You will be required to send the item/s back to us at the provided address and pay for applicable shipping costs. It typically takes 3 – 5 business days for returns to be processed once received by our team. You will be notified by email once your return has been finalised.
Do I Need To Pay To Ship My Return Back?
Yes, you will need to cover the costs to send your order back to our returns department.
